New Zealand delivery fee was updated every week due to changes in the petrol surcharges.

Fresh spirulina Australia delivery

We dispatch Monday-Tuesday depends on your location. This is a next-day delivery service, therefore if dispatched on Tuesday you can expect your parcel on Wednesday. An order received on a Tuesday will be added to the next cycle.

Delivery, delivery times and the effect of COVID-19, (AU only)

In general, orders received are being harvested, cool overnight in our fridges and then shipped the next day express.
COVID-19 — Before the outbreak we sent 98% of our parcels frozen, the rest was fresh. Nowadays the situation is the opposite because we had to change courier as its service stopped meeting delivery times.

General note: orders received are queued and not always processed that same day or the next day received. It is the nature of things. Orders received Monday and Tuesday are dispatched that same week, usually. Orders received on Tuesday, Wednesday and onwards are added to the next cycle. (Tuesday is an exception because it depends on stock and quantity levels).

The delivery charge is built into the cost of the order, nothing extra. This means if you ordered two jars we can take off the cost of the shipping cost because it was added only to the first jar. Fresh spirulina home delivery (NZ)

Fresh, Raw Spirulina will not make the trip to New Zealand, unfortunately. Parcel leaving the farm on Monday will be in Sydney by Tuesday for custom clearance. The parcel sent is likely to arrive in Auckland by Wednesday. By the time the New Zealand customs clears the parcel, it means delivery to your home/office by Thursday or Friday. With frozen parcels, it was possible – to a certain point. Not so much with refrigerated ones, unfortunately.
