Pricing policies

All prices listed on the website include GST. We do require receipt of payment prior to shipment/delivery of your orders.

Wholesale pricing & discount pricing requests

We offer wholesale pricing to retailers and other business customers (e.g. juice places, restaurants etc.) Our minimum order for retailers is $50.00 plus delivery.

Postal/freight options

Delivery is done with us. We are are personally delivering your freshly harvested spirulina straight to your freezer. Delivery address is required and it can be your home, workplace or neighbour on your behalf.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver your order within 24 hours of receiving notification of payment.  We will notify you via email if there are any expected delays or please check the front of the website.

Payment options

We do not offer credit accounts or COD’s (Cash On Delivery) to our customers and require payment prior to delivery of goods.
Sorry, we DO NOT accept cheques at all.

Direct deposit (and other methods of payment)

Our preferred method of payment is directly into our Bank Account at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
If you are paying via Direct Deposit our account details will be confirmed on your order and notification summary so that you can go straight to your banking and pay.
Additionally, We offer the use of PayPal and/or credit card payment via our website.

Credit cards

We accept either Visa or Mastercard. If paying via Credit Card you will receive ONE debit which includes the freight and your order enters the shipping queue immediately.

We do not collect your Credit Card details on our site.

Credit Card Details and Declined Cards: We take your Credit Card security very seriously and we WILL NOT telephone you (even if requested) to ascertain your card details. Cards being declined are often due to customers accidentally entering the incorrect expiry. We will email you if there is a problem with your card and ask you to telephone us or supply the missing data.

PayPal

If paying by PayPal, this is NOT always immediate. It can take up to TWO WORKING DAYS for the funds to be received by us.
After submitting your order you will be re-directed to PayPal’s website where you then authorise the payment to us and complete your ordering process. Please note there are surcharges on PayPal orders – it is noted on your order prior to checking out. To avoid this you are welcome to use Direct Deposit.

Minimum order

There is no minimum order. Freight fee is applied to all delivery areas unless it is specifically shown on the website. This does not apply to orders placed for collection (Click & collect). Please note that small orders include a flat delivery fee, medium quantities attract reduced freight fee rate and large order feature FREE delivery. This policy may change without prior notice. Small, Medium and Large are amounts set by us. You will know how much you are paying prior to payment always.

Collection of orders

Local customers are able to collect their orders by prior arrangement only. There is NO MINIMUM ORDER amount for orders being collected. Please understand that we are not a retail outlet or shop, goods must be PRE-ORDERED prior to arranging collection. If you forget something or want to taste first, you’ll have to contact us first.

Out of stock

Whilst we strive to keep stock at all times, we do occasionally run out of it. We will mark these items on the website as soon as we are aware of this. We will NOT process your order until we have been in contact with you via email and asked what you would like to do. As extra postal costs would be incurred if we made two shipments, we will always contact you via email to ask you how you would like us to proceed. You can delete the item or wait for it to come into stock. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Processing times

Your delivery will usually leave our premises within 1 working day of you placing your order and receiving your payment. However, some order is often delivered after 2 and business days. Please check the delivery schedule on the delivery area page.

No packaging and handling charges

We do not charge packaging and handling fees as this is part of the service we offer to customers. We are currently able to source recycled packaging materials and whilst this continues there will be no change in this policy.

Quality of our product

We take every care to ensure what we sell is of a high quality. Our Fresh Spirulina is up to and above the Australia and New Zealand food standards.

Return and cancellation policy

Due to the nature of most of our products, we regret we cannot accept the return of goods. As we cannot ensure that the freshly harvested spirulina packs products have not been opened, these are not returnable. Faulty goods are replaced as per Australian Consumer Law. You will have to visually check upon your delivery that the items are intact. No goods will be accepted for refund or replacement without prior communication. Goods must be received in the original condition in which they shipped (i.e frozen) – this means they must be re-packed using the packaging materials supplied originally. Restocking and re-delivery fees are applicable.

Cancellations, The cut-off for orders is typically 24-36 hours prior to delivery. You may change or cancel your order up to 24-36 hours prior to your delivery date by contacting us for a full refund or we can postpone your delivery to another suitable date. This time period varies because we are preparing the packaging for your delivery. Please specify your order number.
