We offer free delivery across Australia on orders above $94.00. New Zealand delivery fee is updated every month due to changes in the petrol surcharges.
The table below featuring all areas that we deliver across the countries where we deliver with a specific courier.
Other areas (i.e. All other areas & states) require a different delivery method (e.g. express post, priority)

We deliver Monday-Thursday depends on your location so you can select specific delivery days for your area on the checkout page, simply add a note to let us know.

Before the outbreak we sent 98% of our parcels frozen, the rest was fresh. Nowadays the situation is the opposite because we had to change courier as its service stopped meeting delivery times.
Orders received are being harvested, cool overnight in our fridges and then shipped the next day express.
Note that orders received are queued and not always processed that same day or next day received. Orders received Monday and Tuesday are dispatched that same week. Orders received Wednesday by 2 pm are also delivered that same week. Orders received later that day including those on Thursday onward sent the following week.

We deliver Monday & Tuesdays to allow sufficient time even to those remote areas in New Zealand and avoid weekends.
All orders to New Zealand are delivered to your door, the address you provided. There are no collection sites at this point in time in New Zealand.
