Simple spirulina smoothie

After workout fresh raw spirulina drink. An excellent recovery drink, full of protein and minerals.
Pear, Apple and 20gr of Freshly Frozen Spirulina (harvested yesterday), little water too.

Recipe ingredients

  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Shot of freshly frozen spirulina (20g)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in the blender and mix well until you get the consistency you like. Drink up!
