Spirulina Green Minty Smoothie

Recipe ingredients

  • 3 – 5x ripe bananas
  • 1/3 – 1/2x cup fresh mint leaves (depends on your taste)
  • 4x chard leaves, green (don’t forget to remove the stems)
  • 1x shot of freshly frozen spirulina (20g)
  • 2x cups coconut water (for creamier smoothie use almond milk)

Note that the coconut water can be replaced with regular tap water


Place all ingredients together in a blender mix until you have uniform smooth texture
