Spirulina smoothie

Recipe ingredients

  • 1 lemon (peeled or squeezed – do you like the pulp? )
  • 1 orange (peeled – same as above – do you like the pulp?)
  • 1/2 banana (peeled – it’s just a good idea)
  • 1 shot of freshly frozen spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp. chlorella (use it if you got it)
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 cups filtered water

Preparation

Place in a blender till you get the desired uniform and consistency.
