Banana, avocado, baby spinach and spirulina

This particular recipe is good for after a workout to get fats into the body. It is thick and full of body.

Recipe ingredients

  • 1x banana
  • 1x avocado
  • 1x tbs. coconut oil
  • 2x tbs. ground flax
  • 3/4 cup of baby spinach
  • 1x shot of freshly frozen spirulina (20g)
  • Hemp milk
  • 1/2 cup nuts


Place in a blender till you get the desired uniform and consistency
